We want you to enjoy your stay at Grand Vue Park. When vacationing with us, we remind to you to follow the guidelines outlined for your specific rental and contact the park office with any questions regarding our policies.
Cabin check-in time is at 4 p.m. When available early check-in is $50.00. Contact the Park Office at (304) 845-9810 x403 to find out the progress of your cabin.
Cabin checkout time is NO LATER THAN 11 a.m. on the last day of your stay. To assist us in getting the next renter in as soon as we can, we ask that you place your garbage in the outdoor garbage can and wash all dishes. PLEASE MAKE US AWARE OF ANY ISSUES WITH THE CABIN AT THE TIME YOU CHECK OUT!
Pets (dogs & cats) are permitted in the Traditional Cabins & the Rabbit Cabin. Pets are NOT permitted in the Fox, Squirrel or Eagle Cabin. A $50 non-refundable fee per pet will be charged to your rental. A maximum of two pets per cabin is permitted. Pets must be on a leash at all times while in the park and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets both inside and outside the cabins. Clean-up bags are provided throughout the park. Your intent to have pets in your rental unit must be stated at the time of your reservation. Failure to declare & pay for your pet will result in the eviction from your rental unit.
Deluxe, Traditional, Eagle, and Treetop Villas
Cabins: 50% is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. When booking inside of 30 days entire balance is due at the time of booking. If a cancellation is necessary, providing full payment has been made you will receive 50% of your total payment.
They are refunded $200.00 less than the total amount they paid. We keep the $200.00 from the deposit. If the facility is re-rented, they receive 90% of their deposit. However, if the facility is not re-rented, we keep the full $200.00, and they receive no additional amount.
- 1 year prior to event – 50% of payment will be refunded
- 6 months prior to event – 50% of payment will be refunded
- 3 months prior to event – 0% of payment will be refunded
Pool Cancellation Policy for INCLEMENT WEATHER ONLY
- Cancellations before 4 .p.m. – party may be re-scheduled or refunded
- Cancellations between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. – party may only be rescheduled
- Cancellations after 5 p.m. – will result in loss of payment and will not be rescheduled
