The Big Playground
Our “Big Playground” is the largest playground in Marshall County! Within the playground we have designated areas for various age groups that encourage exploring and learning. Our playground is equipped with a 3ft saucer swing, 12ft rope pyramid and spinners that will keep you dizzy for days! The playground also boasts swing sets, slides and more! After the playground we invite you to try our 18-hole nature themed mini golf course located adjacent to the playground. Wild and Wonderful Starts Here!
Location
Guests driving up Grand View Road from Moundsville take the first right after entering the park, then take the second left.
Guests entering from Rt. 250 on to Grand View Road take the second left. Then take the second left again!
Overlook Playground
Check out our Scenic Overlook and take some time to explore the small, but mighty “Overlook Playground”. This playground features a slide, climber and 6ft platform. If you are interested in renting a shelter and want the playground to be in easy walking distance, we recommend shelter 4 or 5!
Location
Guests driving up Grand View Road from Moundsville take the first right after entering the park, then drive straight past all the shelters until shelter 5. The playground is located on the left!
Guests entering from Rt. 250 on to Grand View Road take the second left after entering the park then drive past all the shelters until shelter 5. The playground is located on the left!
Treetop Playground
The Treetop playground was built with our Traditional and Treetop Villa Cabin guests in mind! The perfect place centrally located between both styles of cabins to let the kids burn that youthful energy! Guests staying in the Robin Cabin (Traditional) have the closest access. The playground features vintage animal statues that were built in the 1970’s and a new playground that includes slides, climber and interactive spinners.

Guests driving up Grand View Road from Moundsville take the 3rd left on to Cabin Road. Travel a ½ mile past the 4 Traditional Cabins the playground is located on the right.
Guests that are entering from Rt. 250 on to Grand View Road take the first right on to Cabin Road. Travel a ½ mile past the 4 Traditional Cabins the playground is located on the right.
