Enjoy the view of the Ohio Valley in the best way possible, amongst the trees in a Grand Vue Treetop Villa. These luxury villas are the perfect way to cap off your adventures and relax at night.
Shortly after opening in October of 2016, the Treetop Villas won awards for design in 2017! These, our newest style of cabins, were designed with the small family getaway in mind or to serve as just a nice, peaceful getaway for two. These cabins come with all the comforts of home including a hot tub on your deck. The Treetop Villa cabins are available year-round and are designed to change with the seasons. Seven large windows bring the outside in, the Villas each contain a wood-burning stove with an electric start. The interior walls are floor to ceiling cedar. You’re not roughing it here! Two of the treetop villas, Blue Spruce and Black Walnut, are pet-friendly (Pet Fees Apply) so make sure you ask for the correct cabins to fit your needs. All four Treetop Villas are ADA accessible, but the Black Walnut is additionally completely ADA friendly with a wheel-in shower and lower countertops. There is a community firepit for all to enjoy and each cabin has its own charcoal grill.

When booking with Grand Vue, all renters must be at least 25 years old. Rentals can be made up to one year and thirty days in advance.
$2 per night park enhancement fee to all reservations.
Pets allowed in the Blue Spruce and Black Walnut treetop villas. Treetop pet fee is $60.00 per pet per stay.
Peak season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
