Private Evening Pool Parties

The Grand Vue pool is the perfect place to host your own private pool party in the evening from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM with a staff of lifeguards for safety. All parties will be required to fill out the Grand Vue Pool Party Contract. Parties are available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Private pool parties are not available to reserve online, please call the Grand Vue Main Office.

*All Rentals Include Mini Golf

**Additionally, should a group have more than the group size stated, an additional fee of $6.50 per person will be added to the rental fee up to the next group size**

Pool Parties During Operating Hours

Richmond Hall | $400

Richmond Hall is a private indoor air-conditioned ADA compliant facility that overlooks the pool and has separate restroom facilities. This package includes 40 pool & mini golf passes and up to 150 guests. Any guest that enters the pool gate will be counted against the 40 pool passes. Tables and chairs are provided and will be set up for the event. The cost covers a 2-hour rental / 20 min set up/tear down. If there is not a pool party scheduled 8 days prior to an event the reservation may be extended for an additional cost. Pool Passes are valid for the entire day. This venue is not available on Saturdays

Pool Shelter | $300

Enjoy our pool shelter! The shelter is equipped with 4 – 15’ft picnic tables located within the pool facility. The package includes 40 pool and mini golf passes – The cost covers a 2-hour rental with 20 minute set up/tear down. If there is not a pool party scheduled 8 days prior to an event the reservation may be extended for an additional cost. Passes are valid for the entire day!

Pool Party Information

  • ALL pool party reservation payments will be required in full the day the reservation is made.
  • If a pool event is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the date, and an alternative date cannot be arranged, 50% of the payment will be forfeited and the remainder will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the event will receive NO refunds and NO rescheduling unless inclement weather is forecasted (or occurs) on the day of the event.
    • On the day of the event, if there is inclement weather or inclement weather is in the immediate forecast, Grand Vue staff will contact you regarding your pool reservation.
    • If during the party there is a storm and the lifeguards remove guests from the pool, guests have the right to wait the required time before resuming to swim OR the guest may notify the lifeguards that they wish to end the party.
    • Grand Vue staff will call the pool party guest the next business day to discuss a refund for the remaining time of the pool party (if applicable) or to reschedule another event. 
    • No modifications (to include changing a date) can be made to an existing reservation.  The only exception, which must be made within 8 days of the event, is adding additional time. (If there are no other parties scheduled before/after the event)
    • Guests may not enter the Shelter area until the scheduled party time (i.e. to decorate).  There is a short window between groups and the pool staff need that time to clean, disinfect, and prep after public hours or a previous party.
    • Guests may decorate the shelter in the pool area on the day of the rental. USE TAPE OR STRING ONLY. Guests must remove all signs and throw them in the trash at the end of the event.
    • Pool party guests may bring outside food and drinks.  NO alcohol or glass permitted.  You may bring your own grill, but it is to be kept in the grassy area. Food may not be brought into the general pool area after the party.
    • Alcohol and smoking/tobacco is not permitted inside the pool area.
    • Please read and follow any posted signage to include those related to safety precautions and expected behavior that need to be followed.  Guest safety in the water and outside of the water is of the highest priority!  Grand Vue staff ask that all patrons do their part by following all the rules set in place.  Staff has the right to bring any infractions of the rules to a patron’s attention in the way of a warning and depending on the severity of the action of the patron or their unwillingness to comply, our staff has the right to ask those patrons to leave the park facility immediately and may not be allowed to return for the season.
