Multimedia
Cancellation
Payment will not be refunded unless the facility is re-rented. A $10 service fee will be charged for all refunds.
Inclement Weather
Cancellation before 4 pm: Party may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellation between 4 pm and 5 pm: Party may be only rescheduled.
Cancellation after 5 pm: Will result in loss of payment and may not be rescheduled.
