Adventure Park Guidelines
The zip line tour(s) and ride are designed for use by participants of normal mobility and strength and who are in reasonably good health. Please consult your doctor should you have a question regarding any health concerns you may have before participating.
Participants must weigh between 70 and 270 pounds for the Ride.
Participants must weigh between 90 and 270 pounds for our Zip Line Canopy Tours.
Participants must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs and short hills, and walk on natural trail.
Closed-toed shoes are required. No clogs, crocs or sandals will be permitted.
Children ages 15 and younger must be accompanied by an adult while on the tour, but must be able to participate independently of the adult.
Participants should arrive 30 minutes prior to their tour start time. Tours will leave promptly and late arrival result in exclusion from the tour. No refunds will be given for late arrival. Please report to the Aerial Adventure Park when you arrive for your tour.
Cameras are not permitted on the zip lines for your safety. We do offer picture packages.
Each participant must weigh between 90 and 270 lbs. A weigh in is conducted prior to putting on equipment.
Every participant must sign a waiver and release form. Participants under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian.
Weather appropriate clothing for the conditions (i.e. rain, cold or snow) is required. Grand Vue Park does not provide foul weather gear.
No loose objects are permitted while on the zip line. All cameras and cell phones must be secured or left in your vehicle. Grand Vue Park is not responsible for lost, dropped or stolen items.
Tampering with or attempt to modify any part of the harness or cable system is not permitted.
Participants must obey all instructions given to them at all times. Failure to do so may result in injury or removal of the participant from the tour/ride. No refund will be issued if this occurs.
Reckless horseplay or rude and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal of the participant from the tour/ride. No refund will be issued if this occurs.
No one under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing legal drugs, will be allowed to participate in the tour/ride.
Grand Vue Park reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any ride or tour based on weather conditions, equipment malfunction or other unforeseen circumstance. 24-hour notice to participants will be given to when possible.
Grand Vue Park reserves the right to exclude anyone from participation for medical, safety or other reasons.
